Most of my clients (smaller cities and some special districts) are using Caselle. It works well, if the client takes the time to learn about its capabilities. That can be said for any software solutions. Base reporting is not very user friendly, so definitely look at their additional reporting options. Some use Springbrook or one of several Tyler products, with varied results. A couple are trying to use Quickbooks for fund accounting and are flat out miserable; one of them is actively transitioning to Caselle.
